OHT daily: Monsters of Xenoworld

Okay, so I'm already level 91 and I can't seem to find the daily. I've done all the other oht quests and no where does any place (PWpedia, ecatomb etc.) say anything about doing a quest that leads up to getting the daily. Is it a glitch on my part or what?

    There should be an npc (not sure of the exact name, but its near the Sage of Prophecy) in OHT that asks you to go to visit three apothecaries in Etherblade, Plume, and Lost. You will have to pay two of them 100k each and complete some running quests, but after that you go back to OHT and turn in the quest. Sage of Prophecy should start giving you the daily after that.
