Well that's 2 anniversary mounts 2 years straight I won't be using.

http://support.perfectworld.com/ics/support/KBAnswer.asp?questionID=2283 "The anniversary mount item can be transferred at any time using the account stash stone." Does this mean if I don't play my highest level character anymore, I'm doomed to never use my mount unless I pay?

It says it's a percentage of my weapon damage. If I cast it with a level 50 weapon and switch to a level 10 weapon, do I keep the bonus from the level 50 weapon or does the bonus change along with my weapon?
