Fixed? It's obviously bias in various degrees of skewing the votes and voluntary bias. And there will only be more post/threads the more you make it enjoyable to respond. If you really want the threads to die, you would simply ignore or don't read the responses.

There's also a weird squad glitch when the squad leader disconnects with lead in NW, the rest of the squad cannot leave squad or form another until the squad leader comes back and forms the squad again.

It wasn't some hacking of the ini file. There was a small event at North Archo, in which you hit the boss, the boss in return will change you into different pets randomly (bunny, penguin, bird, teddy, squirrel).
