NPC DQs.....only to get something else?

Ok not sure if I even put this in the right section but anyway.

I was NPCing some 61-71 DQs, I click sell.

Then all of a sudden up pops in my inventory the following:
Perfect Health Potion (10)
Perfect Mystery Potion (10)
Average Citrine Shard (1)
Monkey King Pill (2)

Is this normal? b:question

  This happened because your inventory was too full and you opened one of those little potion packs that drops from mobs, due to a massive brain ****, I can't remember thier name.

  Ah, must have been from that TT run I did today when I was trying to make space, don't remember doing it though lol. Thanks for the reply.
