No, not fixed. The prices are only half the problem here. Its the sheer amount of dyes needed to dye something. Take Superstar Coat for instance, 18 dyes, see something wrong with that? Especially when its random what dye you get out of the packs so you probably wont even get enough of the same color to dye it. I agree.

There are no HH60 armors that I am aware of. To get the weapon, go to the forge near General Summer in Archosaur and find the weapon you want to see what mats you need. Fist is the best weapon for PvE. See Lyndura's guide for a good build.

There is no "best", it all depends on what you want to do. You mentioned TW, axe is most definitely the best for it. @ your friend, attack speed doesn't matter much in PvP because you are skill spamming and skills are the same speed no matter the weapon.

I did not originally post it but I think I can help, if someone didn't already (didn't read posts after the quoted one) You use multiple weapons to cover ones another's weaknesses. For example, in the fist/spear build, fists' weakness is range, spears have great range, see where I am going?
