Sorry everyone, but there's been a slight change in the maintenance schedule. From now on, maintenance will be undertaken from 1am PDT every Tuesday until 11pm PDT the following Monday. Game servers will be online from 11pm PDT Monday to 1am PDT Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding. b:shocked

I have the same problem. Did a clean install of Win7 and downloaded latest version of PWI. Checked the firewall was allowing it through, started it as administrator etc... It doesn't only appear on the map screen, but also on the normal play screen. It's not there right at the moment, so I'll take a screen shot the next time it appears.
