I am sorry, I truly do not understand your question. It sounds like you may be asking where to find grease. Grease is dropped off of mobs, it is not harvested. You can buy it in the boutique, or farm it from mobs that drop it.

Personally I am unsure on this. In my opinion it is completely Random. You may have a better chance making tier 2 items with ☆☆☆ if your crafting skill is 4 or 5 rather than if you are skill 2. Sometimes, Rarely, you will have a mob drop some materials (Usualy a low amount). But the rarity of this is about the same rarity of getting a 3* drop or a mold. I do not believe the PvP Rankings for Santuary Server are updating with a decent frequency. for over a week the results are the same and I know I have done a lot more than 6 kills like the low people on the list.

I was searching for herbs and I noticed that several of the auction house items are not in their correct places. (This was seen a lot for crafting materials) Here are some screenshots of the errors. Notice logs in Metal area and Buttefly Herbs in Glue. This should be corrected for people trying to search for items.

Hover over the search button. It clearly states search item by auction number. See the ID Number on the left? type that in and hit search, works fine. You want to find an item, use the item filter.
