AA squishiness depends on how you gear your AA veno, especially since my AA geared veno runs high pdef. You do not have to be a squishy veno....or for that matter an AA squishy anything.

Sage version is nice against cata barbs who are typically not aps barbs. Barb need two sparks for invoke so if you can hit them with crush vigor, higher chance to keep them from using invoke. I tend to only use it in TW.

I use mine on my cleric when my ingame spouse and I duo FB99 Sage/Demon. I'm running my cleric him his BM, no BP just our buffs. Completely agree on that Spliffany. Also think we should be allowed nix use in cube of fate. Everyone else has full access to all their skills but we can't even have out the pet that could (ie w/pounce) give us a opportunity to actually have a fighting chance against stealthing sins and others in the cube.

Odd. My nix on auto defend works just fine in TW instances....why would it work differently in open pk....makes no sense.

TBH it all depends on your build and play style to make the path you chose the most viable for you. I went sage after spending hours looking at the skills based on how they would work with my play style. I've never regretted it. Each side can have pluses and minuses. Just depends on which side has more pluses for you.
