Because a quest that might of been bugged/unintentionally removed or only the gods know what when it comes to pwi is the same as a pack, that has random chance involved in what you get

I had the same problem, though i messaged support about it and they did infact give me 140 soul stars after a following maint. It was a few months ago now though, but worth a short seeing what support will say

I second this, most of the time I've seen it happen it's been from an archer attacking from max range. I've been caught out with it a couple of times while being on auto pilot

I'm not a huge fan of levelling pets, so the fewer i can have is an advantage to me, that's why i was thinking of turning the Eldergoth into a dual role pet luring/debuffing. The armoured bear is out of me level range so not a viable option yet, as are claw and protect since I don't have the cash lying around to buy them.…
