Most shoppers Drug marts or Pharmacies sell Visa's that have like $25, $50 or $100 dollars on them. Could you not use those? They can be used for online purchases usually.

My Faction is good solid fun. They really help people. They offer to craft things or offer some mats here and there. Sounds to me like your decision is actually easier than you think. Just leave and find a faction that is better for you than the one you are in. Cheers
