I have also checked my assassin (she has side ponytail also) and her neck doesn't bulge, it's just fine. So, I'm not sure if it's my computer.

Oh I got this at first too. If you see the presets for characters, like the premade characters when you customize, click on one of them then just customize the hair and stuff after and make it look whatever you want. But, clicking on a preset first fixes this. b:victory
