question about mystic

How come when I make a mystic and customize my char after I hit confirm my chars hair goes away?

    That didn't happen to me. I guess you should submit a ticket.

    happens to me the same thing and then I get hair and white eyes peeledb:cryb:cryb:surrender

    Oh I got this at first too.
    If you see the presets for characters, like the premade characters when you customize, click on one of them then just customize the hair and stuff after and make it look whatever you want. But, clicking on a preset first fixes this. b:victory
