as for the youtube video, i believe that what the poster meant to show was that his/her HP was going down in amounts that did not reflect the 200, 300 dmg taken. if you look at 0:15 - 0:20 the HP drops a **** ton, especially from a 300 dmg hit from the BM.

wizzies dont have to be 90+ to do delta. just as i completed gamma at lvl 71, i finished my first delta at lvl 86. it depends a lot on the BM and barb. with certain squads i've been in (not super high level) my charm rarely ticks even once until lvl 9. if u dont have an amazing barb/bm though, high hp is obviously helpful.…
