The avatares need to be fix too. I'm a barbarian but it shows a bm avatar on core connect system. Also, one of my alts has a empty avatar but it should be a venomancer one.

Last time my PC was rebooting, I changed my motherboard cause it wasnt work well and almost broking. Well, but that's my case XD. Maybe u should check your graphic card (If u didnt buy it rencently).

I got that same e-mail when I stopped to play Ether Saga. Maybe It's just a PWE default e-mail when they notice u stopped to play. And maybe the poll is to know what was the reason u left play, so they can fix it eventually.
