Unfortunately they are not required to honor it just as Walmart wasn't required to honor the PS3sales when they were advertised for like 100$ on their website. If you have not spent the in game gold however they should be able to offer you a refund or I would recommend disputing the charge.

another is arc pwi it has a ok looking website with codes that offer free cards, charms and other stuff. HOWEVER you dont put in a code. you select a server and reward then put in your id and password. The codes do not work in the arc client done seperatly all you will be doing, is giving out your info.
