Quick question, Are out DoTs affected buy the times things that we have up before we cast it on the target or after? Example.. I Earth Vector someone (I'm already in black voodoo), Use the 3 DoTs Torrent, Sand, and Tele. Then, I go white voodoo, when I change to white voodoo. Will the DoTs hit for less?
