No saddly it's the Lv75 The Genesis quest. I really don't want to have to make a new character and start leveling up to Lv75 unless ther eisno alternitive to find out what i missed but thanks any way.

No I think Ms Energize is quite correct, it may come from the Cube of fate. But more than likely it's as she said and when you right click it like you would a book you get a quest or some thing.
