I think Rank 9 is great. And you can see the stats on the pwi encyclopedia in game. Just go to gear and type in rank ix

The TT 60 xbow does better damage. It has low-high while bow is low-medium. The TT60 xbow can do great damage if used properly. Sinister Shooter isn't all the great vs the TT60 crossbow. So stick with the TT60 crossbow. Also, you need the souledge to make your TT70 crossbow (If you choose the crossbows over the Unicorn-bow)
