It varies on the group setup and difficulty of the instance you're doing. This guide is just amazing, it's helped me a lot. I haven't been able to play much lately or I'd be a higher lvl than I am but I'm getting there. I'm still unsure of what skills to lvl though, I've been focusing on Nature's Vengeance and the Devil Chiyuyu and my buffs but other than that I'm unsure of what to lvl.
