It's a lot smaller. The bug has been in for 3 months now.
-
That's kind of a terrible solution. I bought a 37" monitor and sort of do not want to run in a little box on a monitor that I bought specifically for gaming.
-
Was there ever a fix found for this? This bug still exists 3 months later and made playing as a human near impossible during starter quests as the top half of the map is all gone.

What kind of torrent client do you use? Do you know how to use port forwarding?

In the launcher try clicking verify. If you can login fine, it sounds like perhaps a corrupted file.
-
Quick thing that could help is running verify from the launcher when you start the game. If that doesn't help, goto start>program files>command prompt Try running these commands in this order, perhaps it will help! ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew

What's your computer make and model # It could be part of speedstep lowering then raising the CPU speed around. I used to play an MMO that if the speed of your CPU went up while ingame, you could speed **** and stuff like this was a result of it. Just a thought.

Vsync actually is a nice benefit to LCD monitors in under a large ammount of scenarios. As for HD's. Hard drives are like rolling dice. Each company makes good HD's and bad HD's. Just depends on luck. I had a WD800JB, a few years ago. It died on me 9 times throughout its warranty lifetime. Personally, I wont touch WD ever…

1600x900 = 1440000 1024x768 = 786432 You have almost doubled your pixel count. Your monitor is fine you will be relieved to know. Your video card is barely better than a GMA950 however is your problem. Upgrade your video card and you will be happy b:victory. In the mean time turn your graphics settings down or play in…

If you wanted to stick with netbook this is where I would go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220385 Has an actual discreet graphics card that can play COD4 very well even. Would be great for this game I am 99% sure.

Windows 7 IS Vista SP2, and these bugs you speak of, are not the fault of Microsofts. There is no issues with PWI in Vista x64.
-
I take it that this doesnt meet the requirements huh b:sad
-
Step one on purchasing a new computer is to format it. I would find some Vista x64 media and install fresh from a new install. I am personally 99.99% sure this will resolve your problem. If you do not have access to the media, you can borrow someone elses as the windows license is tied to the computer and not the CD. If…

Haha, if you need any help ingame feel free to message me there as well b:laugh

This is all completely true, however I imagine you would be able to light grinding and other not very serious stuff with everything turned down.

To the OP, I have an Asus EEE 900 which is lower spec than what you posted and I can play world of warcraft to a point. I imagine if you have the best performance mode you could play, just not do anything too serious. If it would help I could load it into my EEE and let you know. Its a 900MHZ Celeron 1gb ram, GMA 950 7"…

Perhaps a good way to keep up communication with each other would be to use an in game channel dedicated to RP? Would help allow for encounters with each other I think. In any case I am always up for it, I come from a RP server in wow, always loved it. Mikoz-Human Male Blademaster, Rides his Panther named Mikomi. Single.…
