Meteoric - Harshlands Arc User

How would a Dual Axe BM put his stat points every level then? I want to be able to PVP efficiently, and also tank the odd boss here and there...FB19 mostly :D 6 Str/2 Vit/2 Dex every two levels, maybe? It'd help for a straight answer, no 'options'. Thanks in advance.

When did I ever even suggest 'worldwide'? From dictionary.com: International –adjective 1. between or among nations; involving two or more nations: international trade. Meaning that although PWI tends to focus on America, they could still focus on Europe.
