New EU server/better EU Territory War times

It's probably been posted before, but I'd like to suggest either of the following:
A new, EU based sever. Primarily for TW.
One of the servers having their TW time changed so that it's more convinient for us in the EU.

A lot of people view TW as the main aspect of the game. Why should we suffer (if we're wanting to participate, we have to wait for ridiculous times, like 4am (Heaven's Tear))?

    lol. why ppl ask for EU server. if ya absolutely want EU server go to the europe version of pw.. pw-ms. im From europe, and yes time is bit akward at 2am-5am for tw. but i do make it.
    server time change.. hmm no its based for north europe. server timed after clock at the area its made for.
    you chosed urself to play pwi which is north american based, so have to deal with times =x

    ya that would be awesome, here are so many eu player couz the ms versoin sucks so much lol XD
    just like 2-4 hours diff and erveryone can live with it i think.

    thats an international version or not, so come on be nice b:laugh

    Before i'd say no(even though i'm in europe)but since they are now actively targetting euros with cash cards in shops,they should accomodate us better in regards to better tw times,server.

    Regarding your note on a few hours difference...I totally agree. Anywhere between 10am-11pm would be awsome, maybe even earlier. But isn't 2-5am asking too much? b:surrender

    Being perfect world international, they really should focus a bit more on us ^^;

    international isnt WORLDWIDE
    International doesnt mean for everyone in the world.

    international only means.. more than 1 country (USA and Canada; USA and Mexico .. whatever you wnt)

    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    When did I ever even suggest 'worldwide'? From dictionary.com:

    International –adjective
    1. between or among nations; involving two or more nations: international trade.

    Meaning that although PWI tends to focus on America, they could still focus on Europe.
