I can guarantee you that this is false. Actually the closer you are to the lvl of a rare the better chance you have to get it. I feel even if it is cake that the I love Weed and I love getting high should have taken it out of the running due to the rules stating "all things deemed as objectionable will be rejected" I don't understand why even put it in there, it's otherwise great work.
