It also gives you a defensive bonus, great for running through areas with monsters that might aggro on sight. That's reason enough to use it, even though speed is the same.

Not having enough arrows wouldn't cause his weapon to turn red though, although you won't be able to attack if you are out of arrows (or bolts or shot, depending on the weapon). You can also use "Repair" on items you are wearing. Be careful, though: if it's nearly broken, it might be expensive to repair (it costs coins to repair an item). I avoid using "Repair All", I prefer to check all my items and only repair the ones that are at 50% endurance or less.

Hmm, I thought there was a quest at level 15(ish?) that unlocked the race capital teleporters (Etherblade, Plume, Lost). Or is the reason you can't teleport because you don't have 1000 coins to get back to Etherblade? I've been regularly travelling between those three cities for several levels now, no problems.

I kinda think most players have experimented with that by level 5 or so. Just to be a completist, though, queueing any skill or attack while the combo is running interrupts the combo.
