Questing gives best xp and you will level the fastest, atleast it does until 50+. Press 'Q' in-game and press 'Find Quest' this will give you coordinates of the NPCs you need to visit. Also, press L in-game for detailed information on some of the things you will need to know.

    1. Where do I find monsters level 3-5? {I am currently located at Ether}

      Try looking outside Etherblade
    2. Faster leveling, what monsters give me the most xp>

It depends what lvl are you, try 1-2 lvls higher than your char. The best way to lvlv up and earn EXP is by doing Quests
    3. Can I purchase better robes, I have a full set of DAmateur robes or what ever.

Some monsters drop blue-named robes. You can also buy new robes at the tailor
    4. Can you buy staffs? I usally go to Blacksmiths and all they have is wands and swords.

I don't think that there are staffs in PW (I'm an archer, can't be bothered with my Wiz), but just go to the blacksmith and click 'Mag'
    5. Making money is hard, any better way which is faster than killing monsters?

    A's in RED.

    EDIT: press 'L'? That's new :O
EDIT 2: No, it isn't, it's just the guide.Qoute usefull if you're a new player, good read :)

Just do quests. You don't have to even think about grinding until 40+.

Can I purchase better robes, I have a full set of DAmateur robes or what ever.

Try crafting, looking in the Auction House by going to the auctioneer in Ether, Drops from monsters. Don't worry about it much at you level.

Can you buy staffs? I usally go to Blacksmiths and all they have is wands and swords.

under magic at the blacksmith. They are called Patakas and in my opinion not a great weapon. Too much range in the damage it does. Just use quest rewards until 19 then you get a good weapon.

Making money is hard, any better way which is faster than killing monsters?

manufacture stuff and sell it, quests, buy low/sell high, and killing monsters for DQ items or materials(low grade and up sell for a good price).

Try out the north gate, across the bridge on the road to Hidden Heroes. I believe the levels just across the bridge are 2-5. If not, they'll be nearer 5 the closer you get to the village. But quest monsters will always be appropriate to your level.

Faster leveling, what monsters give me the most xp>

Already been answered well. There are no specific monsters, it varies by your level, but if they aren't white named or better, they aren't worth your time.

Can I purchase better robes, I have a full set of DAmateur robes or what ever.

You can purchase them, but the stuff that drops is often better than what you can buy, especially if you stick to monsters at or above your level. Concentrate on quests that are blue titled, these are the ones with item rewards (armour, weapons, jewellery, etc.). Quest reward armour is usually (but not always) better at your level than anything that drops. I only buy if I'm between blue quests and the stuff that's dropping is not better than the obsolete stuff I'm wearing. Crafting is another option, but if your skill is not up to the level you need, you won't be able to make anything suitable to your character level.

Can you buy staffs? I usally go to Blacksmiths and all they have is wands and swords.

Under magic like a couple people said. Your choices are patakas (staffs), wands and glaives (talismans, I guess). Each has a different range of requirements and a different damage range (I don't prefer patakas). But what I said about armour is true for weapons too.

Making money is hard, any better way which is faster than killing monsters?

Actually making money is not that hard in this game; I've had a lot worse. Best advice: pick up everything that drops, including things other people discard or leave behind. Sell everything you can't use right now (unless it's a really incredible item that you can use in a level or two). You'll learn quickly which items sell the best and can concentrate on collecting those. If you don't mind staying logged in but not playing, you can open a catshop and try to sell stuff for more than the vendors pay. But you have to pay attention to what the market will bear, and it might be awhile before you move the merchandise.

A faction could help you out with questions like this.
Depending on class you can find low lvl mobs at starting places.
