Kinda wierd you didnt notice the server was going down, they warned about 4 times and said how long it would take. But that quest is not required to do, but will probably fail for not handing in on time now. But yea quiting over a quest at your lvl b:surrender

There are some bosses that knock you out off your BB, dunno if it has anything to do with being in combat mode. Like 2nd boss in fb 51 and last bosses in fb 70 are known to interupt BB. But realy i never been in a squad that uses BB in fb's, usualy the tank gets spamed with IH an purify in fb 70, while others deal damage…
