So um ... the 2% def gems cost 3 1% def gems to craft. Although i don't know why you cant craft 2% attack gems ... i think it is silly to compare a 1% atk gem directly to the 2% def gem which takes 9 attack gems to craft.

im not sure if your question has been answered, honestly i dont care to look. but as far as why you cant buy items. it is likely because you do not have enough prestige to be allowed to buy items from the tear ur looking at. as u said u can buy the teleportation pack, that packs tier only needs 180 prestige.

well the only reason i still play pwi at all is because im to lazy to find/start another game even so i dont play offten anymore. pwi used to be alot of fun, but its gone downhill alot at least imo
