Magic stat no longer effects the amount of skills a genie can learn. They changed it to Luck Points controlling the skills amounts in a patch awhile back. The color of the hair fashion is the color of your characters hair(like if character's hair black, the hair fashions color when on is black too). It can't be dyed. Only way to change the color is to actually use a makeover scroll and change your characters hair color.

Do you have a password set on your bank?
