Help

You have 2 bars, ones the 1-9 and ones the F1-F9 on your screen, one starts on the bottom and one is on the right side of the screen.

Just move the 1-9 one towards the bottom and hit the little icon on the bottom to flip it horizontal instead of vertical(looks like a "U" turn arrow). Then just gotta make the other vertical(if wanted) to put back on the right side of the screen. Where you put them is up to you, just you do have both bars in game, just the game automatically puts the F1-F9 bar as the main one for skills. So, if you don't like it, just gotta switch to the other one that starts on the right side of your screen.
