Seen and done 1 Veno (not their pet) tanking Krixxix with 1 Cleric healing her. Ice damage, vs high magic def = Paper tank ftw! I can honestly say that I did not see or hear any warning at all. Perhaps that was because I was doing a Rebirth Order at the time. But I was outside of that for a good 3 - 5 minutes before the connection was dropped, would have expected something during that time.
