NPC in Archosaur will not having Rank3 Equipment until u reach a Reputation of 2500...(a huge huge amount). There is another NPC in Dreamwaver Port wich also sell Rank Stuff

I finished Quest today and got my little nice reward for it...(i choose the belt) But what can i do with the "Token of the Seven" i got now? or is it like the "letter of a nameless Hero" Quest Item for a 80+ Quest?

i got same Probleme... I m Apot. Level 3 with 30/30 Points...and the elder is showing me the book to buy...when i click on it, it says me that i m unable to learn skill???? Why? I m Level 63? Cant find a Quest for Apoth. Level 4 like i got it for Blacksmith Level 4. Or did i have talk to an NPC? PLZ HELP
