I dunno, i think its unfair that you cant transfer characters from server to server, atleast just once. should be a one time thing. its not fair for the people on the east that had to play the west server (Heaven's Tear) because dreamweaver wasn't up. switchin characters from PvE to PvP definitely would not be fair. but…

if u notice there is a little bullet thing like an o, make sure the bar ur tryin to switch to, check if the o is lit up. hope it helps
