Switching Servers, but Keeping Characters

It would be nice if we could switch between servers, but not have to make new characters.b:pleased

    It's a nice idea, but it comes with issues.
    Everyone lvling their chars and farming gear, binding it, and then switching to a pvp server. Would make that pvp servers were only for endgame.

    And it would be nice if you used the search function before starting a suggestion thread. This has been answered many times already. And that answer is "no".

    Would be nice to even have a cat shop item that let you do that. However, Waterfal is right, that means people would level up high on pve before switching to pvp meaning all pvp servers would have high levels rather then making players on a pvp server and learning to just handle it until higher up.

    Also, say you only have 1 character you level up and have 6 gold on that server. You can't transfer gold from server to server, hence why you have to send it to one server from your wallet. This prevents a server whos gold price is 500k from buying at 500k then jumping to another to sell at 900k. So, then your money is left on that other server and you're out your money? Too many variables that would make the game even more unfair.

    I dunno, i think its unfair that you cant transfer characters from server to server, atleast just once. should be a one time thing. its not fair for the people on the east that had to play the west server (Heaven's Tear) because dreamweaver wasn't up. switchin characters from PvE to PvP definitely would not be fair. but why not PvE to PvE. I cant stand the idea of having to buy another herc for a new veno on dreamweaver, the ping is much better there than heaven's tear for me. I really wouldnt mind needing to make a whole new character and leveling all over again, as much as i would hate having to spend cash for it again. there's gotta be a good way to do it without too many ppl complainin. but then again.... pw will never do it because it makes ppl need to spend money all over again... thats too bad. it would be so simple for them to do it. read the comment about the whole gold price thing being dif, which makes sense, thats why it should be a one time switch, maybe even make it only available to ppl who've made their char befor dreamweaver opened... :P just sayin.
