You don't. Cultivation comes with level so you need to get to certain levels to get the cultivation quests. For instance, you'll start as a spiritual initiate and after doing the cultivation quest at level 19, you ll become a spiritual adept (the next cultivation level) and so on...

The veno is a rather nice class to play as since you can tame many kinds of monsters for pets though imo most of the cool-looking one are non-tamables. Anyway, you can make lots of chars for 1 account so just experiment a little and you should be able to find one you really like=)

i'm not too sure bout this but from what i know, dex does not increase attack speed. it just increases accuracy n evasion and the attack speed seems to be determined solely by the weapon.
