Basically, it depends on what site and your internet connection. I looked for a couple of sites and found the right one. Also check your internet connection because the speed depends on your internet. Like having a fast internet has much more speed.

Wait... what do you mean about golems? And where do u find them? Are the golems those huge stone block thingys that are malamites or something?

I think refining just refines your weapon back to its original endurance. Other games I play have endurance and once that runs out the weapon is pretty bad and you have to buy a new one. I'm not sure exactly but based on knowledge from other games i think that's what refining does :D Other people can correct me!

Yes some mounts can be gained on quests. Like for Venos (yes that's what i call them) can get sting rays at level 30s by a quest
