as well as CoA bosses. They're susceptible to Glacial Spike

on Heaven's Tear the dusts have fallen to 500k a piece, so its a lot cheaper here

You activated my trap card![/QUOTE] JINZO!

Um...you must be doing something wrong, methinks << Maybe it's because stun-locks and surviving have become drastically easier with the introduction of the genie, but surviving/winning 1v1 verses robe classes isn't too hard for me as a BM, and I've been picking on lvl 100s since I was high 80s (duels+1v1). I didn't even…
-
yeah....BMs shouldn't be using pots to AoE grind, typically. Spend the 15 minutes to farm even basic herbs, throw them into the apothecary, then you're fine <<
-
I can personally vouch for Demon. Demon BM gives you more stuns than sage, Demon spark is very useful, and it just has, in my opinion, better stuns and ultimates (the essentials for a BM). Especially now with so many different ways to get Chi (pots, enhanced chi gain, genies), I'd be much more inclined to use Demon HF,…

Hardest would honestly have to be a kiting archer. Any other class we typically can keep ourselves buffed against. Clerics and Wizzies, though, have got to be the easiest. Even at a range, they'll almost all try to put you to sleep/seal you. Wizzies are more obnoxious, but with them its just AMM+True Emptiness or balance…

Normally your pet gets hungry and loses loyalty over time. Tomes remove that part of maintaining a pet. If you leave your pet out for 15 hours at 999 loyalty, you will come back and it will still have 999 loyalty.
-
Yes, there are, but you can't rely on them to get you equipment. Also, if you have the requisite strength, but switching gears makes you lose that Requisite strength, you'll lose the ability to use your weapon/armor. You'll still wear it, but you won't gain any of the values (a weapon won't give you more attack, armor…
-
you're right, OP. But keep in mind, those skills are all different weapons. Sword, though, competes pretty well with good parts of multiple weapons.
-
and for your second question, I find them useful, but mostly for FF runs more than anything else
-
You've pretty much noticed it already. But Demon typically stresses PvP (short, high DPS fights) and in the case of BM it allows for different variations of stun-lock. Sage typically focuses on keeping your character full of Chi (such as how skills have a chance at costing no chi, or reduced chi) and typical PvE (longer…

I thought that much was obvious. If they start hitting the boss the same time you do you'll have trouble keeping it. Even if archers do nothing but regularly shoot at it, their crit rate can tend to steal it from you if they get "lucky". But, as a rule, BM tanks need at least a little bit to get a bit of a buffer when it…

Most mobs drop molds. But you have to factor in the % of "other drop" and the chance of that other drop being a mold. I haven't heard of anyone getting a mold from a regular, run-of-the-mill mob
-
This is a decent physical mob I'm sure you could figure out "loot per hour" on your own. After you level a bit go to the rockenwolf Rockenwolves are pretty popular, bear in mind. So try either of these mobs
-
If i recall correctly, that quest is a sneaky one. Read it carefully. You probably have the sprite already, but it just slipped immediately into finding another one. Read the quest again.
-
Second to rockenwolves would be the Torgirn right next to them. There are a few good places where they clump, and with cloud sprint/a mount you can round up anywhere between 5 and 15 of them at a time. Keep it in mind if the wolves are taken or you're not ready for them yet.

The weapon itself doesn't particulartly matter in a BM-Tanking. Especially since at higher levels we typically branch out from one type. Typically I find myself switching from axe to sword if I'm tanking something. MSS to keep me alive and for a quick agro boost, and if I can afford it HF to give myself a big damage spike…
-
How would that explain other people seeing it though? I'd asked if the cleric I was AoE-ing could see it, and she said yes. I asked a few other people as well if they saw it when it came up for me, and they all agreed.
-
So the overall opinion is just if you have a lot of aggro on you the animation changes, but no particular statistical difference?
-
I personallyfound the level50 stash, up to this point, to be interesting but not vital.
-
I can personally attest to that. AxeBM AoE grinding burns through HP charms, pots, and mana. I can still level once a day purely on grinding at level 60 easily, but it costs a pretty penny.
-
very expensive built, especially since magic casters can avoid your entire build =o
-
well, one good reason to hold aggro would be if you're the tank. This only really applies in the lack of a barbarian or if you're much higher-leveled than the barbarian, you want to hold aggro so the mobs/boss doesn't go around killing your clerics.
-
does it increase your overall chance or simply your accuracy stat? would two rings of +50% give 100% accuracy or would they make an accuracy of 800 into 1600?
-
They go that way not because they necessarily compliment each other well, but rather because the stats go that way. Axe/Fist would require very very high Dex and strength simultaneously, making it impossible to wield current equipment. Those are simply the paths that would have the least interference stat-wise.
-
1) if you're gonig to multiclass, go with fist/sword, sword/spear/ or spear/axe. Doing any other combination stretched the minimums of Dex and strength, resulting in a mismatch and overall weakening of your stats because neither of them get high. 2) Well, there you have it. You go broke, which is important. Skilsl cost…
-
Axes, poleaxes, polehammers and hammers all fall under the same type of weapon, like bow, crossbow and slingshot.
-
Until high levels, where the amount you can gain from a shard isn't so much >> then it's best to switch to accuracy, or magic defense
-
In terms of balance, it's because BM reaches both from the greatest AoE to the best PvP (supposedly), depending on the weapon, and are the most versatily. On one side are the axes, which are AoE and stun-focused. The other side is, supposedly (not true in practice, however), the fist, which are supposed to be the masters…
