I use Google Chrome and have no problem with the forums, so that's a shock to me. o.o I wish I could help, but I have no idea. :(

Try booting up the client directly. I don't have the game installed, but if you look in the "element" folder, there should be a file that says "elementclient". Just double click that and see if the game loads.
