If attack speed is what you're after in tiger, go with Poleaxe/hammer weapons, they have marginally better speed. You might also be able to find wrist bracers with -0.05 interval, although it's a pretty rare addition. If you've got coin to burn, Vambraces of Blood Moon are one option, albeit not a cheap one.
