I went 4.0 on all deicide builds cause endgame I would be going for nirvy g16 fists and never would roll for 2x -.05 int on them.. And maybe I didn't make myself clear enough but those deicide builds would be something that i'd go for first and then getting g16 and refining for endgame anyways, so i would need all those…

That's true but I think there would be big enough playerbase to make it work. If not, i think what they could do, is to merge the two already existing EU servers together to make one big server which would be more international because lack of the "main language".
