Another BM endgame gear thread

Ok with the 1st build, are you going sage? If not why the LA bracers and feet? You only need 3.33 aps to hit 5 aps demon sparked. That rigth there raises your p def and hp. On the 2nd build, why r9 ring if you aren't going r9 top at least? Just get a Sky Cover ring from PQ3 and +10 that for more p def. Ok again with the LA in the 3rd build, not necessary if you are demon. Your m def is horrible with that build. Change out the LA armor for HA and change out the neck and belt for m def ones. Same advice for the 4th build, except take out the r9 ring and go Sky Cover. On the last build it's not worth it to get r9 ring and belt. It dosen't give any set bonus and for the coin, warsong belt +10 gives better mdef and Sky cover gives better p def. I have no idea about the price on your server, maybe with a little time and effort you could figure out the price. As far as axe goes you could farm t3 nirvana axes if you don't want to farm/merch/cs the r9 axes.

I know of a small handfull of people who got -int on their R8r in 1-5 rolls.

I know of at least 20, prolly more, than have had to roll 20+ times, and most of them still going, to get -int on their R8r.

Unless you're prepared to blow a billion on R8r chest, go with the first setup, and start getting R9 or N3 for PvP/TW/Axe AOEing.

Oh but what axe should I go for as a "budget" early endgame axe? I've heard that GX are not worth the money and morai is pretty bad for PvP and TW, which I do both and plan on doing in the future. I'm thinking of going with r8 axe even tho people say you should get r8 pole and recast it instead. Is there other quick/cheap/easy options before going for r9/g16 later?

To me it makes matters simple.

If going R9, get r8 axe, how often do you seriously use a pole to purge? Ask your veno friends to purge, they have a skill for it. If something is going to purge on first hit, it will happen on any pole that has purge on it.

If going g16, g13/g15 axes are good place keepers.

Morai g15 axes = good for pve until you get r9.

I am not sure how much time you spend every day doing PK stuff, if you spend 1~3 hours doing pk things, maybe a purge pole is a thing for you for r8. But if you do it occasionally, it is a novelty to have. G15 poles also have interesting adds that could be useful.

Side note Took your best build, replaced r9 belt with warsong belt, things look better. One piece of r9 does not do much for most people. Once you reach all your endgame gear, restat you dex, vit, mag as well to get max str possible.

well if you plan to go g16 might as well get Invincible Smoker g13-Nirvana....best g13 axe ther is in my opinion and from there you can allways go g15>g16 when you have money/raps

2pcs of r8r gibe nice HP boost and pso does 2pcs of G16 so even whit lower refines 2100 extra life is nice boost just from bonuses
