Yes it's a skill but not a lvl 1 one... you can learn it after u do the lvl 9 spiritual cultivation...

I agree that sins are very squishy on low levels but if u get your sin to at least 70+ then its a lot of fun and you gonna feel what bloodpaint's gonna do on those levels.Your sin will become less and less squishy as you level it up.. Yes it is Fair. Every class has its pros and cons. mystic pros : awesome class,heals,everything what u need (almost) cons : Huge mana draining.. Imagine a mystic with very low mana requirements, it would be OP. This is how PWI makes a balance between the classes..
