The only one I ever stumbled upon was Hidden Orchid, with mobs that never moved and all vanished after I killed one. ^^ I'm glad they're announced again. They were one of my favorite PWI goodies. :3

Your whole dress is gray.....that's weird. I've seen a few of the Empire Dress in-game already, and they -do- have the white under-dress. I don't know what could be wrong with yours. I kind of like yours, actually....if I was on your server I'd buy it from you. ;)

You can probably buy it very cheaply from another player, as it doesn't have very many uses. Anywhere from 1k-5k per unit seems fair to me.

Question: Say I have an item that requires 2 pigments to dye. Am I allowed to mix and match pigments? Say, if I took one green dye and one brown dye to the Seamstress, could I use them together to create brownish-green? Or do both pigments have to be the same?

Yeah, not really worth more that 1k. If a Veno who was high enough to use it wanted one, they could easily fly over and get it themselves. I guess selling it might save someone the trip, but otherwise it's not really worth anything.
