not true, I have a lvl 100 veno, use magic weapon at my level. And yeah I make enough money to have this build. I may not have as much magic attack as a full AA veno but I make up for it with pdef and physical attack. I am not an easy one shot and grinding with my herc and nix get the job done much faster.
