yeah, but that's something u craft/buy. Genie energy/stamina is free (well, at least after 90). I had both ToP and Second Wind. I'm constantly using SW, got rid of ToP. Sometimes is worth having ToP, but those cases are so rare, I don't even bother. I have 5k HP, being healed for 1.6k with a second wind is more than enough…
