    yes and:
    1st of all if you haven't notice that bow refined to +10 which means initial damage way lower.
    2nd Check out Warsoul Weapons with even only 1 advantage surpasses any existed bows/xbows that is +50 atk lvl among other "minor" bonuses b:chuckle

    heh the best weapons in game are ultimate weapons which are impossible to make and no one made it yet so noo its not the best.

    PW MY and CN are years older than this Server.

    I remember NeoNeo's stuff, there were some pics/clips with what that guy could do with a bow too.

    rofl, , ok maybe u started playing only when pwi started and u never heard about other official servers.(a notice in pw ch have more gr16 weapon too not only in pw my b:bye)

    K just so everyones clear: Thats harshlands. Its a rank 8 bow, costs 4,400$ with anniversary packs. No its not pw my.

    here i dont see we talk only about harshland when i check the title ("Has anyone ever seen a bow better than this? ")    , answer was yes and we noticed :P

    (i dont doubt few ppl who already spent alot more than 4,4k $ in this server dont plan this too during time, its cost far more(this is can get somebody in few month) but nice too)

    shinzoko has +12 rank 8 with 2 g12 stones.


    last I heard he has every piece of armor +10 (EVEN FB69 HELM LOLOL) and maybe even +11 event boots.



    either way he dies so easily compared to a rank8 mage with only +6 gear.

    cost of warsoul there is ~300k malay rinngit, aka 75000 USD, and about half that if you tokened it.

    That +12 warsoul bow and that person are from pw-my it has been stated in another thread.
    Yes I have saw a +10 bow someone in kylin has the one that dispels positive buffs.

    clink is pretty much pigy.. clink is her bf and she got most of the weapon for him

    It used to be that +10 was a rare refine but +10 is much more common these days with the huge sale on the +10 orb.

    Well, considering that the +10 Orb is now cheaper than the +9, it was bound to happen.

    Who dont belive can check it, he made 16k crit with normal shot on my lv60veno friend without any buff. (and other ppl plan too there a gr16 quoit too).

    1 name, wizzeled. +12'ed his bow with 1 level12 garnet and 1 lvl 11. +10 all of his armor and ornaments and cape. Fully socketed with rare +10 vitality stones.
