You should have enough quests to level until you're lvl 60+. And if you really want to grind, wait till you're lvl 30-something to kill foxwings.

Have you tried repairing them so that they're 50/50 or whatever in endurance? I usually have to do that before I can decompose them.

Press the "print screen" button on your keyboard. You can then find your screenshots under \element\screenshots of your Perfect World folder.

At level 20, you'll start getting quests in Archosaur, and your life of questing at Etherblade will be over for the most part. :) There's no specific person you should go to. Look here for the level 20+ quest guides.

Valkyrie's level requirement has been upped again to Lvl 45+ (give or take a level or two at most). Sorry for the troubles, Shylah! >.<

the Oracle scrolls give you easy quests that leads you to an NPC, and you get the rewards stated in the scrolls. :)
