Oh wow! I have the same problem too!! I asked my faction about it, but it seems that I'm the only one who has this problem.. phew

Actually, I catshop items in Arch and I was setting a helm up in my shop and it disappeared from my inventory! I saw it disappear. For a minute I thought that maybe I had drug it off of my inventory but I never got the yes or no option to drop the item. So I logged off and on and it was back. It's happened twice so far.

Yes the time did change. I tested it today. It use to reset at 5pm PST and I know this because I work around my hyper time. Then today I noticed that they reset an hour early, at 4pm PST. So yeah.. >.<
