Screenshot troubblee:(

When I try to take a screenshot, and paste it onto paint to use in a presentation, it now pastes as a black square. It had never done this until the recent update ;-; I don't know how to access screenshots i've taken on the game and can't find any, not sure if there is something wrong or not/: Hope you can offer a solution<3

    I swear I've seen this exact post just a few weeks ago.

    Hit the screenshot button. Go to C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\screenshots and retrieve your images there.

    I've never heard of hitting the printscreen button in PWI and then just pasting it into a presentation. At least, that's never worked for me before.
    Just insert the images from the folder above into your presentation.

    Oh wow! I have the same problem too!! I asked my faction about it, but it seems that I'm the only one who has this problem.. phew
