  • Problem resolved. Thank you for your help. At times I open various software programs after I open or begin to play PWI such as Thunderbird to send and receive emails. I was opening a different third party program and that was the cause of the conflict. I probably should have been able to figure that out. b:laugh Thanks…

  • Thank you for your swift reply. I have already done that and the problem remains. This problem has only been occurring after I formatted my Hard Drive, reinstalled Windows and installed the latest version of PWI. This problem did not exist previously before I upgraded to PWI Genesis. Regards
