Alt + Tab Error

Hello.
If I open PWI, then Al+ Tab out I am unable to switch back t o the game.
If I attempt to click the PWI icon on the taskbar it gets focus, maximizes as it's supposed too then minimizes once more.
If I right click the icon and click "elementclient.exe" I recieve the following error message:

I have performed the following steps in an attempt to resolve this problem:
- Restarted my PC in selective startup mode.
- Uninstall PWI and reinstall into a new directory in selective startup mode.
- Uninstall PWI and reinstall into a new directory in selective startup mode under an alternate user account.
- Install all Windows updates
- Update video cad drivers
- Update network card drivers
- Installed both the Simplified and Traditional language packs.

Thank you for your swift reply. I have already done that and the problem remains.
This problem has only been occurring after I formatted my Hard Drive, reinstalled Windows and installed the latest version of PWI. This problem did not exist previously before I upgraded to PWI Genesis.

Problem resolved. Thank you for your help.
At times I open various software programs after I open or begin to play PWI such as Thunderbird to send and receive emails.
I was opening a different third party program and that was the cause of the conflict. I probably should have been able to figure that out. b:laugh Thanks anyway.

Glad you got it figured out!
Some ALT+Tab issues occur when your system has too many processes running. Running the game in windowed mode can often help.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
